Head to 66wen.net/register and fill in your full name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth. Set a strong password, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click "Create My Free Account." You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. The whole process takes under five minutes. After that, complete KYC verification to unlock full deposit and withdrawal capabilities.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 66wen, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. Age is verified during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned. Walang exceptions dito — it's the law and the right thing to do.

If you'd like to close your account, please email support@66wen.net from your registered email address and request account closure. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. If you're closing because of gaming concerns, we'd recommend trying our self-exclusion tool first — it's reversible and gives you time to think it through.
Deposits & Withdrawals

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes after approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually arrive within the same business day; PESONet transfers take up to 1 business day. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or public holidays. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support@66wen.net with your transaction reference number.

First, check your GCash, Maya, or bank app to confirm the transaction was debited on your end. If it was deducted but hasn't appeared in your 66wen balance after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of your transaction receipt and email it to support@66wen.net with the reference number, amount, date, and time. Our team will investigate and credit your account manually if the funds are confirmed on our end.

66wen does not charge any platform fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees depending on the transfer type. Always check with your e-wallet or bank for any applicable charges on their end before initiating a transaction.

The welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account when you complete your first qualifying deposit after registering on 66wen. Wagering requirements (sometimes called rollover) mean you need to bet your bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw the bonus winnings.
