3 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 66wen. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. 66wen will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your login details.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 66wen account.
- Never share your login details with anyone, including 66wen staff.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.
- Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
- Notify us immediately at support@66wen.net if you suspect unauthorized activity.
66wen reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
66wen supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. These include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 66wen:
- Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on our Deposit and Withdrawal page.
- You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you — third-party withdrawals are not allowed.
- 66wen reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing large withdrawals.
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- 66wen does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
Important: Any funds associated with suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering may be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation determines a violation of these terms.
5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Gameplay Rules

By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you understand and accept those specific rules.
General gameplay terms that apply across 66wen:
- All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealers operating under strict protocols.
- Placing bets after a game or event has concluded — whether due to a system error or otherwise — will be voided.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 66wen will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If this is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

66wen does not guarantee that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.
In any case, 66wen's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11 Changes to These Terms
66wen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players by email or via a notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
